What counts as a late day breakout

  1. 01

    Morning run to the high of day. Price jumps early on roughly double its normal volume.

  2. 02

    Volume fades, price consolidates. The stock tapers and trades around VWAP.

  3. 03

    Holds VWAP until at least 1:30 pm. It never loses VWAP or dips below the low of the pullback.

  4. 04

    Any US stock over $0.01. All US exchanges plus OTC, so small caps are included.
